The school is founded by two directors. The school has set up governance structures to enable it run independently and smoothly. The school is headed by a Head teacher who is supported by senior teachers. All the teachers are trained and registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).

“It’s my great pleasure to welcome you to Goshenfields school website.The school has been to existence since January 2010,and has made tremendous growth amongst top schools not only in Thika sub-county but also in kiambu county due to its exellent performance.The good performance has been possible due to cooperation between parents,staff and pupils.
The school fosters Christian values and principles in-line with school’s motto” Maintain focus” by striving to ensure we produce morally upright and academic oriented pupils who are ready to join high school of their choice based on their aspirations.”
